Eye of Achievement, LLC is a privately held company that provides business coaching and consulting services to individuals and businesses who aspire to achieve breakthroughs in their current levels of performance.  Founded by April M. Rizzi in 2002, Eye of Achievement applies an innovative “parallel track” approach when working with people in organizations.  The first “track” assists clients in the mastery of business skills and methodologies. The second “track” assists clients in transforming their values, beliefs, and attitudes about themselves, their business, their career, and their lives.  It is the philosophy of the company that paying attention and doing work in both tracks, in parallel, are imperative if a breakthrough in performance and long-lasting results are to be achieved. 

To more extensively service clients in all aspects of their business operations, in 2006 Eye of Achievement became the first and only licensed distributor of ProfiTune Business Systems (PBS) (www.profitune.com) in the United States.   To use the ProfiTune Business System, all distributors must complete the accreditation process of becoming a Business Improvement Specialist TM (BIS). ProfiTune Business Systems, PTY Ltd was established as a Business Improvement System by founder and Managing Director, Peter Rowe, in 2000.  ProfiTune is an Australian concept and the company Australian owned.  The ProfiTune Business Improvement System was developed to meet the neglected small and medium enterprises’ (SME) growing demand for improved profitability.  When this unique style of Business Coaching was first offered to SME owners and managers, the results were staggering!
 
In 2002, ProfiTune recruited, trained and licensed the first ProfiTune Business Improvement Specialist TM (BIS) to extend the founders’ work.  Today, BIS are located throughout Australia and the United States and continue the legacy of achieving staggering results with their clients. April M. Rizzi is an action-driven, goal-oriented business coach and management training consultant specifically focused on operational efficiency and individual performance excellence.  April brings to her clients over 25 years of business management and coaching experience.  She has held management and executive level positions within the healthcare and information systems industry and has successfully coached and trained entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and independent business owner owners. 

April is passionate about working with people, helping them gain clarity on their goals and supporting them on their path to excellence. 

April earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of San Francisco in 1989 and an MBA, with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership, from John F. Kennedy University in 1997.  April received her certification as a Business Coach from Coaching by Design in Salinas, California (2001) and she received her Level 1 and 2 accreditation as a Business Improvement Specialist TM from ProfiTune Business System, PTY Ltd, Australia in 2006-7.  April holds a Master Practitioners certificate in Neuro Linguistic Programming from the Christopher Howard Companies (July 2003-4).

April is currently President of the Eye of Achievement, a Business Coaching & Consulting Company headquartered in Lafayette, California.  April founded the Eye of Achievement in 2001 and currently works with clients nationwide. To more extensively service clients in all aspects of their business operations, in 2006 Eye of Achievement became the first and only licensed distributor of ProfiTune Business Coaching Systems (www.profitune) in the United States. 

When April is not at work creating new programs, transforming clients and their businesses, and training other Business Improvement Specialists, she is busy enjoying her blended family of 4 children and 5 grandchildren, racing down hill on her snow skis in Lake Tahoe, sailing on the San Francisco Bay, and ballroom dancing until her feet ache!
